According to the latest changes in the Listing rules of the Macedonian stock exchange, we are submitting a report on the number of voting shares and the percent in the total number of voting shares of the Managing board and Supervisory board of Alkaloid AD Skopje, and a report of the names, number of shares and the percent in the total number of voting shares of shareholders with over 5% ownership.
